Q: Where are the details about your privacy policy?

Q: Do I have to answer all of the questions on the survey?
A: The survey is voluntary. You do not have to answer any questions that you don't
wish to. Your remaining answers are still valuable. To be eligible for the prize draw, however, you must submit a valid name and
address. See Guidance Notes and Terms and Conditions.
Q: Can I enter my details about other people in my household?
A: You can answer questions on behalf of yourself, your partner or your household as appropriate. Where providing information on behalf of your partner, or other members of the household, please ensure they read the survey
Guidance Notes and that you obtain their consent to provide answers on their behalf.
Q: What should I do if I don't want to be contacted by email or telephone?
A: Some companies like to send offers by email, SMS or telephone. If you would prefer not to be contacted this way then simply do not provide the information on the contact details page.
Q: If I no longer want to receive information from participating companies - how do I remove my details from the database?

Q: Are my answers used for research purposes?
A: Anonymous de-identified survey responses to selected questions may also be provided to organisations to help them better understand market and consumer characteristics.
Q: Can anyone complete the survey?
A: Only persons aged 18 years and over may complete the survey.
Q: How many times can I enter the survey?
A: Only one entry per person per survey period. There are two survey periods each year.
Q: Who can access the answers to completed surveys?
A: Access to completed surveys is strictly limited to staff and contractors directly involved in processing the survey.
